Hilux Surf Campervan
Toyota Hilux Surf 2.4 Turbo Diesel with a comfortable roof top tent and all the camping gear you need for traveling around Australia. Forget a campervan and being restricted to the roads.
The roof tent is self-assembly. Just un-velcro round the side, fold the cover over, pull the ladder and the tent unfolds and pops up. This takes all of 30 seconds both un-packing and packing the tent. As you can see from the pictures the tent has great ventilation from all 4 sides so it doesn’t get hot and of course being up on the roof keeps you out of animals reach. The bed size is queen size with a comfy mattress. My 1.88 m boyfriend has got more than enough room, so do I!
The big side-awning is a great addition too as you can have shade or a rain cover at any time. Very easy to unfold and pack again. Just roll or unroll it.
